Mom to mom support and a behavioral health coach and body neutrality educator. I help moms navigate body image struggles while raising confident, resilient kids — without shame or guilt.

My approach blends compassion, mindful awareness, and practical everyday tools that gently reshape family culture — moving it from pressure and comparison to confidence, connection, and belonging.
